Ethiopia, Tigray
In March 2023, I traveled to Ethiopia, visiting Addis Ababa, Oromia, Amhara, and especially the Tigray region. Tigray endured the deadliest conflict and man-made famine in modern history. There, I spoke with survivors, aid workers, and local journalists, documenting stories of mass displacement, sexual violence, and starvation.
